Talent Development Programme

We’re excited to invite all young soccer players aged 8 to 15 to our Talent Development Programme based in Abbotstown, Dublin. Here, players will receive regular supplementary training led by UEFA Licensed Coaches. This programme is designed to enhance every aspect of a player’s game, including technical, tactical, physical, and psychosocial skills.

Our Approach to Soccer

State-of-the-Art Facilities

Situated in the heart of Dublin’s esteemed Sport Ireland Campus. We’re proud to offer players the chance to train on a full-sized covered pitch, develop physically in a fully equipped high-performance gym, and participate in futsal in indoor sports halls.

UEFA Qualified Coaches

We’re also proud to have UEFA-qualified coaches in our programmes who provide high-performance training and mentorship. Our coaches are some of Ireland’s top football professionals who are passionate about helping young athletes reach their full potential.

Athletic Development

Players follow age-appropriate programmes in the gym and on the pitch, designed to improve fundamental movement skills, movement efficiency, strength, power, and speed.

Player Reports

Throughout the programme, our coaches closely observe and evaluate the performance and development of players, pinpointing strengths and areas of improvement. This insightful process guides player training and also keeps parents informed about the progress of their child.
